Secondment
There are professionals who are open to new adventures but prefer not to relocate from Suriname. Are you an ambitious career-driven individual willing to work on a project abroad? On one of the Caribbean islands? We can match you with a project that aligns with your knowledge and skills. You will work on the project for a predetermined period of time. Your ticket, accommodation, transportation, and insurance will be covered, and you will earn accordingly. When you return to Suriname and await the next project, you will still receive a basic salary.
This form of secondment is intended for professionals who are comfortable being away from home for a while. You enjoy working project-based for a fixed period and take pride in achieving the desired end result.

Outsourcing is a phenomenon where companies, often from Western countries, delegate work to low & middle-income countries in order to save costs.
